Spring Valley Boys To Host AAAA Quarterfinals

The Vikings will play at home at 7 p.m. Tuesday.

Updated (10:15 p.m.): Hillcrest defeated Rock Hill on Monday, meaning Spring Valley will host Hillcrest in the AAAA quarterfinals. Original story: Spring Valley's boys basketball team will host a AAAA quarterfinals game on Tuesday. But until late Monday night, the Vikings won't know who they are playing. Winter weather postponed a second-round matchup between Hillcrest and Rock Hill. The Saturday game was rescheduled for Monday. Spring Valley awaits the winner. A win Tuesday would put the Vikings in Friday's state semifinals against South Pointe or the winner of Monday's Spartanburg-Irmo game.
