The South Carolina branch of the United States Department of Agriculture Animal & Plant Health Inspection Service (or USDA-APHIS) is located in the Sesqui Center shopping center off Two Notch Road. The agency’s mission is to protect and promote U.S. agricultural health, regulate genetically engineered organisms, administer the Animal Welfare Act and carrying out wildlife damage management activities. The office processes export certificates from 9AM – 3PM. Appointments are required.
