Waterford at Columbia, located in quiet, wooded area on Windsor Lake Boulevard, is a luxury senior living facility. Seniors live in the community independently and Waterford staff provides them with activities and services that enrich their lives.  

All residents are provided a personal response system that allows them to get in contact with staff 24 hours a day. Waterford also has a handicapped accessible van that provides seniors with transportation to run errands. Apartments are cleaned by housekeeping staff each week and nutritious meals are served in the dining room.
