WANTED: Man Allegedly Poured Gas on Woman, Tried to Ignite Her

Joseph Williams Dinkins, 27, allegedly poured gasoline on a woman and attempted to set her on fire, a Crimestoppers press release stated.
Dinkins is described as a 6-foot-tall black male weighing 155 pounds with a last known address in Orangeburg.
