Man Allegedly Exposes Genitals to Kids, Asks Them to 'Use His Goggles'

Stacy Dion Cearley, 42, was charged with indecent exposure after an incident at a Northeast Columbia apartment complex.
Cearley allegedly exposed himself to six juveniles ranging from ages 8 to 15 at Springtree Apartments on July 7, according to a sheriff's office press release.
He allegedly prompted the children to use his goggles in the pool.
Deputies arrested Cearley on August 1 without incident.
