Dept. of Defense Education Activity Offers Funds to Richland 2
The amount remains undisclosed until Sept. 27.
A grant that will affect 11,000 students, support military families and increase student achievement will be presented at Richland Northeast on Sept. 27, according to a Richland Two press release.
The "significant" grant is from the Department of Defense Education Activity and aimed at military families.
Some of the funds will go towards integrating technology into the classroooms.
